We offer Free shipping within the USA and Puerto Rico on all orders $100 or more. Domestic shipping rate is $5.00 when your order total is less than $50. We also offer USPS Priority, $9.00 and Express 2-Day shipping, $28.
After your order has shipped, shipping time within Hawaiian Islands: 1-3 business day(s) + Continental U.S.: 5-7 business days.
Care for Jewelry
We suggest that [KI•ELE] jewelry not be worn in water, direct sunlight for an extended period or with any strong perfumes or lotions. Like anything, care needs to be taken if you want your item to last longer. Should you happen to get your item/s wet, use a soft cloth to completely dry. Each [KI•ELE] charm/pendant is a [KI•ELE] original. ANY reproduction of [KI•ELE]’s charms/pendants and/or EXACT copy of ANY of [KI•ELE]’s designs are a direct copyright infringement. In the event where the involved party is discovered to have reproduced any of [KI•ELE]’s original charms/pendants and/or EXACT copy of ANY of [KI•ELE]’s designs, the involved party will initially be contacted.
Custom Orders
[KI•ELE] will try to accommodate any custom changes to any of the designs or any custom requests for gifts, bridal parties, etc. Please e-mail your request to ask@ki-ele.com, although note that additional charges may apply for custom changes. As for a custom request for a new design, costs will be discussed depending on the time, materials and detail of the design. For all custom orders all sales are final. [KI•ELE] cannot accept returns in spite of the 30 day period, due to the custom attention to your request. Each piece is Handmade, so orders can take up to 3 weeks. However, should you need it by a certain deadline, please specify and email ask@ki-ele.com.
Handmade Jewelry
All hammered bangles, rings, necklaces and earrngs are individually handmade and/or hand stamped. These pieces are not machine made, maintaining an ‘organic’ individual, specialized finish. Please note that we at [KI•ELE] always do our very best to make sure each piece is to the customer’s desire, though please note that every piece (hammered+/hand stamped bangles, rings, necklaces and earrings) will not be exactly the same as the other. Therefore, just making your custom [KI•ELE] piece extra special.
Repairs
Each [KI•ELE] piece is handcrafted, featuring delicate details such as the coral branch. During the life of the product, some damage may occur. For damage caused by everyday wear, [KI•ELE] is happy to repair the item at a charge depending on cause of damage. However, should you have an item that requires repair due to damage unrelated to everyday wear and whereby it is at the fault of [KI•ELE], we will repair the piece, free of charge. Please e-mail ask@ki-ele.com, explaining reason for damage and include a description of the item/item reference number if available. We will reply with shipping address. A copy of the receipt will need to be presented. Payment upfront will be required for all repair requests. Should an additional fee also be required, we will inform you via e-mail and before item is shipped. Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing.

Any orders requiring repair past 30-days of purchase will start at $15 [depending on repair required].
Shipping and handling is also required for shipment back to you at $4.50 USPS Priority if 4 ounces or less. Anything heavier, will be charged according to weight.
Our team will send you an invoice for shipping payment.
Returns
All [KI•ELE] merchandise purchased online must be returned directly to [KI•ELE] headquarters and not to any of [KI•ELE]’s retailers. Any items bought in a retail store or on another website will not be accepted by [KI•ELE]. In such case, refer to retail stores' policy. [KI•ELE] wants you to “beach happy” with your purchase. We will accept returns if customers are not completely happy and therefore, unworn merchandise may be returned with a copy of the receipt, within 30 days of receiving shipment for full refund, excluding shipping costs. Customers should expect up to 2 weeks for returns to be processed. To return merchandise, please send an e-mail to ask@ki-ele.com, explaining reason for return. [KI•ELE] will then reply with address to return item/s to. And on all Personalized, custom-made jewelry + “Sale” items, All Sales are Final.
Apparel Returns / Exchanges
Apparel may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving as long as garment was not washed or worn. And with original label in place and in same reusable packaging.
